• Lisa Marie Jean-Pierre Services retains ownership of proprietary templates, workflows, methodologies, forms, systems, and business processes.
• Clients receive ownership or a license to use custom work created specifically for their project after full payment has been received.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce proprietary materials without written permission.

We respect client confidentiality and will make reasonable efforts to protect confidential business information.

Clients also agree not to disclose confidential information, pricing, proprietary methods, or internal business processes belonging to Lisa Marie Jean-Pierre Services.

You agree not to:

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Changes become effective upon posting to this website. Continued use of the website or our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
